Face‑to‑face sessions include an hour of focused, evidence‑based teaching plus 30 minutes of guided connection to support conversation, reassurance and shared experience. The online version offers the same hour of focused teaching in a flexible format designed to fit around your life.

My 1‑to‑1 perimenopause and menopause sessions give you focused, personalised support to help you understand your symptoms and feel more in control. Sessions are available in Newquay or online, offering flexibility and comfort. Your initial consultation (90 minutes) gives us time to explore your symptoms, lifestyle and wellbeing in depth, so we can create a plan that feels realistic and supportive. Follow‑up sessions (50 minutes) build on your progress with practical strategies, reassurance and space to adjust as things change. You’ll also receive a tailored takeaway pack with resources, guidance and tools you can use between sessions — helping you feel supported long after our time together.
