Purpose of Services
Our services provide education, guidance, and support relating to menopause, perimenopause, wellbeing, and lifestyle. They are designed to empower you with knowledge, tools, and strategies to support your health and wellbeing. These services do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding medical concerns.
Nature of the Relationship
We offer educational and wellbeing support, not clinical treatment.
We do not diagnose, prescribe, or offer medical interventions.
You remain responsible for your own health, decisions, and wellbeing.
Participation is voluntary, and you may withdraw at any time.
Confidentiality
We treat all information you share with respect and care. Your personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. Confidentiality may only be broken if: you give explicit consent, we are legally required to disclose information, or there is a safeguarding concern involving serious risk of harm.
Health Information
You may choose to share health-related information to support your experience. This is considered special category data and is processed only with your explicit consent. You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
You may provide health information through Microsoft Forms or during consultations. We also create handwritten notes during sessions, which are stored securely in a locked filing cabinet.
Bookings, Payments & Cancellations
Bookings: Services must be booked through our approved booking system or by direct arrangement.
Payments: Payment is required at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your session. Cancellations within 48 hours may be charged in full. If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will give as much notice as possible and offer an alternative appointment.
Courses: For multi-session courses, your place is confirmed once payment is received. Missed sessions are not refundable. Catch-up materials may be provided at our discretion.

Client Responsibilities
By engaging in our services, you agree to participate respectfully and responsibly, seek medical advice where appropriate, inform us of any changes to your health, use the information and resources provided for personal use only, and not record sessions without explicit permission.
Our Responsibilities
We commit to providing evidence-based, compassionate, and professional support, creating a safe and inclusive environment, keeping your information secure and confidential, delivering services with reasonable care and skill, and communicating clearly about expectations, boundaries, and scope.
Safeguarding
If we believe you or someone else is at risk of serious harm, we may need to share relevant information with appropriate services. We will always aim to discuss this with you first unless doing so increases risk.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, resources, worksheets, and content are the intellectual property of The Menopause Wellbeing Company. They are provided for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without permission.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any decisions you make based on the information provided. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from lifestyle changes, medical decisions, or third-party services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. Nothing in this agreement limits liability for fraud or anything that cannot legally be excluded.
