FAQs
Who are these programmes for?
These programmes are designed for women in perimenopause or menopause who want clear, evidence‑based information, practical strategies, and a supportive space to understand what’s happening in their bodies.
Yes.
If you’re navigating the perimenopause to menopause transition and want clear, evidence-based support that feels human, grounded, and genuinely empowering, this service is designed for you.
It’s especially for you if you’re experiencing symptoms such as:
• Hot flushes or night sweats
• Sleep changes or waking up unrefreshed
• Mood shifts, anxiety, or feeling overwhelmed
• Brain fog or difficulty concentrating
• Changes in your menstrual cycle
• Vaginal dryness or discomfort
• Low libido
• Joint aches, headaches, or new sensitivities
• Weight changes or shifts in appetite
• Feeling unlike yourself
These symptoms are common, valid, and absolutely worth taking seriously. You don’t have to figure them out alone — this service gives you clarity, practical strategies, and a supportive space to understand what’s happening and what you can do next.
Is this Service for me?
Do I need any prior knowledge before joining?
No preparation is needed — everything is explained simply and step by step, so you can join with no background knowledge and still feel completely at ease.
What if I can’t attend a session?
Life happens and you won’t miss out. If you’re unable to attend a group session, you’ll still receive the materials and resources for that week so you can catch up in your own time. Each session begins with a short recap of previous content, and I’m always happy to answer any questions so you never feel left behind.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a 1‑to‑1 appointment, just let me know as soon as you can. I’ll always do my best to offer an alternative time
Our Cancellation Policy explains the notice required and any fees that may apply. This helps me keep sessions available and fair for all clients.
Is this a medical service?
No — this is an educational and supportive programme. It helps you understand your symptoms, options, and wellbeing strategies, but it doesn’t replace personalised medical advice from a healthcare professional.
How is my personal information used and stored?
Your privacy is incredibly important. We only collect information that supports your wellbeing journey, and it’s stored securely. You can read exactly how your data is handled in our Privacy & Data Protection Policy.
You’re welcome to call 01637 471006. If we’re with clients or running a session, please leave a voicemail and we’ll return your call as soon as possible.
For the fastest response, email is usually best. We aim to reply within 2 working days, and although busy periods may mean a slight delay, we’ll always get back to you as soon as we can.
How quickly will I receive a reply, and can I call you?
What if I’m unhappy with something?
Your experience matters deeply. If something doesn’t feel right, we encourage you to let us know. You can also follow the steps in our Complaints & Feedback Policy, which outlines how concerns are handled respectfully and promptly.
Are our conversations confidential?
Yes. Everything you share is treated with care and confidentiality. There are a few rare legal exceptions, and you can read more about how your information is handled in my Privacy Policy, which explains the safeguards in place to keep your personal data secure and protected.
Booking is simple. For group sessions, you can book by completing the form on the Contact Us page or by sending an email to register your interest. We’ll then guide you through the next steps.
For 1‑to‑1 appointments, you can also complete the form on the Contact Us page, or you’re welcome to call or email me directly. We’ll support you in finding a time that works best for you.
How do I book a session?
Do I need to complete a form before my first session?
Yes. All clients complete a Pre‑Consultation Questionnaire before their initial session. This helps me understand your symptoms, goals, and medical background so your support is safe, personalised, and aligned with your needs.
Do I need to sign a Client Agreement before working with you?
You don’t need to sign anything separately. By engaging with my services, you automatically agree to the terms outlined in my Client Agreement, which is also included at the end of the Pre‑Consultation Questionnaire for full transparency.
Do you offer online appointments?
Absolutely. We offer both online and face‑to‑face sessions. When you contact us, just let us know which format you prefer.
You can reach us directly by either completing the form on the contact us page or by email at info@themenopausewellbeingcompany.co.uk. This is the quickest and most reliable way to contact us, and we aim to respond promptly.
To help us support you quickly, please include:
