Cancellation and Refund policy.

Purpose

This policy explains how clients can cancel sessions, programmes, or digital products, and under what circumstances refunds may be issued. It is designed to be fair, transparent, and supportive for everyone involved.

Cancellations for 1:1 consultations

Client-initiated cancellations with 48+ hours’ notice: consultations can be cancelled or rescheduled with no charge when notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations within 48 hours: The full consultations fee is payable, as the appointment cannot usually be reallocated at short notice.

Non-attendance: Missed appointments without notice are charged in full.

Provider-initiated cancellations: If the company needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered the next available appointment or a full refund.

Cancellations for Courses, Workshops, and Group Programmes

Cancellations 14+ days before the start date: A full refund is available.

Cancellations within 14 days of the start date: A 50% refund is available, as materials and preparation are already underway.

Cancellations after the programme has begun: No refunds are issued, but clients may transfer to a future cohort at the company’s discretion and where space allows.

Programme cancelled by the provider: A full refund or transfer option will be offered.

Digital Products (Downloads, Guides, Resources)

Non-refundable nature of digital products: Due to the immediate access provided, digital products are non-refundable.

Access or technical issues: If a client experiences difficulty accessing a product, support will be provided to resolve the issue promptly.

Refund Process

Refund method: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refund timeframe: Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 working days.
